I am Master Coach for ambitious leaders in organizations, who want to discover and boldly express their authentic leadership voice, in order to navigate change with clarity, compassion and confidence.

I love to empower leaders to activate the best version of themselves and leave a sustainable legacy of excellence in their activity and life, as well as in the lives of the people they lead, inspire, influence and serve.

My leadership journey

After almost 20 years of leadership in big organizations such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola and Muller Dairy - where I built successful departments and teams with genuine enthusiasm, and negotiated purchasing budgets exceeding 100 Mil. Euro – in 2013 I felt a strong calling toward entrepreneurship. What I initially saw as the dream of freedom and fulfillment became a pivotal moment in my career.

And, as often happens with dreams, the reality of the first year brought me back down to earth. I quickly realized I didn’t have a clear direction for the business I wanted to build. After about six months of searching, the lack of clarity became increasingly difficult to bear, especially as "crises" began to emerge in important areas of my life. In that moment of uncertainty, I returned to the corporate world for less than a year. That experience made it very clear that turning back was no longer an option for me.


So, entrepreneurship was the way. And soon coaching appeared and perfectly matched my need for self-knowledge and transformation.

Since then, more than 10 years of tireless study and intense work with my coaching clients have passed. All my training in various international coaching schools, mentor coaching, supervision, NLP, transactional analysis, systemic and organizational constellations, team and group coaching, positive mindset shift program, as well as the exams for national and international coaching certifications, have helped me understand myself better and become both a more effective coach and a better person.

Through this intense work, I learned to give myself permission to be and to reveal my authentic presence. For me, this represents a harmonious balance between, on one hand, firmness and a focus on results, and on the other, modesty, warmth, and full confidence in the unlimited potential of the person in front of me. As a result, all the relationships in my life were either transformed or clarified - some ended, while others flourished. My business also thrived.

I decided to move on from engineering and the Electrical Motors Factory in Bucharest when I saw no further opportunities for growth or learning. I left S&T to pursue my dream of earning an MBA. I then embarked on a new journey at PepsiCo, where I built a remarkable procurement department and team. I started again at Müller Dairy, where I played a key role as one of the managers who contributed to establishing the company in Romania. Finally, I transitioned from the corporate world to undertake an entrepreneurial adventure.
