Who is this workshop for?

I created this workshop for leaders from various departments of any organization who aim to achieve success - whether in peak performance, building healthy relationships, or enhancing well-being for themselves and their teams – without stress, but instead with courage, calm, and clarity.

What is it about?

We all desire success in what we do, and most of the time, we manage to achieve it. However, if you are honest with yourself, how much stress do you experience while reaching your goals?

What positive difference would it make for you, both in your work and personal life, if you could achieve the same results (or even better ones) in a state of calm, presence, and clarity?

This is a resource-rich event. You will learn, practice, and take away many useful tools to refine your leadership skills, including assertive communication, active listening, empathy, co-creation, and coaching.

During the workshop, you will also practice coaching. You’ll have the opportunity to set and plan the achievement of a long-desired goal that you may have been postponing for some time. You can then use this coaching structure for self-coaching outside the workshop, whether you want to make a decision, gain clarity in a situation or relationship, or set steps to achieve a new goal.
