‘Create Momentum for Accelerating Team Performance and Innovation’

I designed the program 'Create Momentum for Accelerating Team Performance and Innovation' to support your organization’s top management, as well as departmental or project teams, in building an extraordinary team spirit based on trust, passion, accountability, and clear, concrete actions.
This program effectively facilitates the leap from good to excellent, directly impacting process efficiency and accelerating innovation at both the team and organizational levels.
Is Team Coaching effective or even important? Let me answer from two perspectives.
Firstly, from my personal experience as a leader in the corporate world, I have seen the transformative power of Team Coaching. I've witnessed the lows of working in or managing a team with little cohesion, and I've experienced the highs where, with the support of a team coach, process efficiency, creativity, and results skyrocketed.
Secondly, I know it is important because many of my clients - leaders across various organizations - often highlight during our individual coaching sessions a pressing need to enhance collaboration among their team members. They aim to boost innovation, productivity, and overall success within their departments and the organization as a whole. Essentially, they seek to catalyze the transformation of a group of individuals into a cohesive, high-performing team. This quest becomes evident when I ask them "What behaviors will you observe in your people when they have already become a team?" and their responses typically include the following three key behaviors of a great team:
Trust and Openness: Team members communicate honestly, avoid judgments, and embrace vulnerability.
Constructive Dialogue: They engage in sincere discussions, encourage healthy conflict, and are committed to implementing decisions and action plans.
Accountability and Focus: They support each other’s interdependencies, hold each other accountable, and maintain a relentless focus on achieving team results.
While individual coaching helps leaders become aware of the changes they need to make in their own thinking, behavior, and actions to catalyze and support team formation and development, Team Coaching accelerates and streamlines this process by involving and holding each team member accountable within their interconnected roles. In this way, Team Coaching naturally complements individual coaching, fostering the necessary interdependencies within the system to enhance process efficiency and innovation, leading to individual, team, and organizational success.
Program structure
Phase I: Initial assessment and team workshop
In this phase of the program your team will:
Understand and Improve Team Dynamics using a systemic approach
Foster a strong, cohesive team environment by developing a shared vision and enhancing collaboration among team members
Pinpoint critical areas of focus and establish concrete action steps for each team member to ensure alignment and drive towards team success
Phase II: Monthly follow-up workshops
